Field descriptions:

  • Label Name: Choose a name for the label to define its category (e.g., Premium_Customer, delivery-issues, bugs).
Note: Only letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores are allowed.

  • Description: Add a brief description to clarify the label’s purpose, helping team members understand its meaning. For example, a description for Premium_Customer could be, "This customer's issue is to be resolved on priority."

  • Color: Select a color for easy identification, and click the color square again to confirm.

  • Show Label on Sidebar: Check this box if you’d like the label displayed in the sidebar for easy identification of conversations.
